• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
• Orders are shipped to the provided customers’ address (Customers’ responsibility to provide the correct address)

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, so depending on the size and weight of the order, a cost-effective shipping method will be picked.
• Orders that are rejected and returned to Crown Pet Supplies, only the cost of the items will be refunded.
• Crown Pet Supplies is not responsible for orders that are lost during shipment (Tracking number does not update).
• If the tracking number shows the order was delivered and the buyer claim that it was not, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier (USPS or UPS).

• Direct Bank transfer is the only payment method accepted for all international orders.
